Dolly Fisher’s Keys Discount floated to his third-straight victory at Great Meadow, winning Saturday’s 101st running of the Virginia Gold Cup.
Trained by Hall of Fame conditioner Jack Fisher and ridden by jockey James Bargary, Keys Discount cruised to an uncontested, 12-length romp in the $75,000 timber classic. Keys Discount counts it as his seventh-straight timber stakes score.
